In the spring of 2004, Tom Frasier led
the Cram Middle School Family Writing Project in northwest Las
Vegas. Here, he leads a discussion about similarities and
differences between the families in his project.

The Cram Family Writing
Project, according to participants, reveals to its members the unity
that can be accomplished in the traditionally divided suburbs of Las
Vegas. The family writing project not only proves that school
can be the center of a positive experience for families, but more
importantly, reminds members why family is so important.
